Worst customer service and HORRIBLE product

The printer itself is faulty and would not print even though it is turned on also despite troubleshooting. The quality of photos are low and colors are never right. Customer service is a joke, they are mainly only available for 2 hours a day and once you get to someone, they will defer you to send an email which I did 5 days ago and no response or not even a call back. No one is willing to help out. Much better purchasing other brands.

Terrible product

It doesn't connect to my phone (and if it does connect it doesn't stay connected). I JUST opened it and the photo paper has gotten jammed twice! I have yet to actually print a photo. I had to install two different "firmware updates" and none of that helped. Waste of money – I am so unhappy with this product!!!!! Would give 0 stars if I could.

It worked for me

I could hook it up to my Bluetooth and print pictures within several minutes. The best results for color come with high-contrast prints, but those were as expected. I turned the printer off and back on, and it worked, so I'm satisfied.

Horrible Product and Terrible Customer Service

I purchased a Kodak Step Instant Mobile Photo Printer for my wife as a Christmas present. I purchased it from Amazon.
We did not take it out of the box and try to use it until several months later. My wife charged it and downloaded the app on her phone and loaded the paper. Everytime she tried printing, the red light would start flashing. She turned it off and back on and the white light would come on but once she hit print, the red light would start again. Whenever it came up to find device, it either wouldn't show or it would come up but when you click on it, it would toggle and then stop and the red light flashed.

I downloaded the app on my phone and tried and had the same results. I googled it and saw fixes that said the paper could be in wrong or something if the red light is on and we reloaded the paper numerous times but that didn't work. I called customer support and they had me reset the printer and delete the app and reinstall it. None of that worked. I called customer support again and they had me do that again and I did but it still would not work and the red light blinked.

Customer support didn't know anything else and told me it had a one year warranty and since we were within a year from the date of purchase, they told me to email customer support at [****] with proof of purchase and my shipping information. I emailed them and attached my receipt from amazon and gave them my shipping information and immediately received an email that they had received my email and it would be processed in the next few days. However, they never got back in touch with me. I emailed them two more times and they have never emailed me back.
I have searched the product and apparently this is a common problem. Their customer service is terrible. I bought this one because I thought Kodak was a good company with good products but apparently not. This thing won't even connect and it won't print. It is trash. I would give 0 stars if it would let me.
