Zero customer service.

Projector would not turn on. I emailed them with no reply. Then I called. The agent said 'return it' without attempting to help me. A sham device.

lack of image adjustability, no wireless connection.

For the price, I would have expected more image adjustability such as compensating with angled surfaces, and frame shaping. there is no Wireless connection on this device, going with other brands that can offer more capabilities.

Five-star product.

The product is portable and works surprisingly good and gives a much clear display than anticipated. It's five-star and worth recommending.

Best for multimedia use

It meets my expectations. This projector is good for games and very useful for multimedia purposes. The image is bright even in sunlit rooms.

You get what you paid for

I find the images blurry, especially in a dim room. Aside from that, I think you get what you paid for.
